The price includes: house frame, windows, exterior decoration, interior decoration, internal engineering networks, lighting, built-in furniture, kitchen.

The cost does not include: unbuilt furniture, fireplace, curtains, household appliances, terrace, pergolas, canopies, foundation, external communications, landscaping, delivery and installation.

We assemble in the workshop from the frame-panel sets made by us ready-made houses from one or more modules, in accordance with the customer's project or our own project. In the production of a kit for a modular house, the required strength of the frame is assumed, which will allow transporting ready-made modules without damaging the decoration, windows and engineering networks.

Houses are produced with varying degrees of readiness and configuration – from exterior decoration to a fully finished house with interior decoration, internal engineering networks, plumbing, lighting, climatic equipment, built-in furniture and appliances.

Ready-made houses are transported to the construction site, mounted on an arranged foundation and connected external communications.

Design and architecture

The architectural group develops its own projects of houses with an area of 25 m2 or more to multi-storey buildings of 5-10 thousand square meters. m2 . Dozens of various projects of buildings and structures, with flat and pitched roof, residential and commercial purposes have been developed. A series of Barnhouse-style SKANDI projects has been developed. Up to a third of our projects were built by us in Ukraine, including frame-panel houses using modular technology.

Architects prepare an architectural solution that includes the appearance and materials on the exterior and interior decoration, the selection of plumbing equipment, lighting, furniture. High-quality 3D modeling and visualization of photographic quality of architecture and interior of the house is performed.

Engineers and technologists

Engineers and technologists adapt customer projects for frame-panel construction and modular technology. We calculate the load-bearing frame and static loads, carry out the development and design of heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, water supply and sewerage, electricity supply.

All design work is carried out using BIM technology. We use AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Autodesk Revit and 3ds MAX, and other professional software, including to control the WEINMANN CNC automatic line.

Technology of modular counstruction

Using modular construction technology, we assemble a frame-panel house according to the modular structure in the workshop. We carry out installation of windows, internal and external doors, work on exterior decoration, roofing and drainage.

Energy efficiency and environmental friendliness

Energy efficiency and environmental friendliness is ensured by frame-panel construction technology. The use of wood and wooden structures, high-efficiency multilayer sandwich panels, effective mineral and organic insulation and their combinations makes frame-panel houses energy efficient and environmentally friendly.

Therefore, reducing the construction period several times from 18-24 months to 3-8 months, depending on the volume of construction, will reduce administrative costs significantly, and reduce the overall cost of construction by 7-10%.

The choice of the degree of localization of construction in production – whether it is construction kits, or ready-made modules with interior and exterior decoration and engineering – depends on many factors and must be economically and organizationally justified. These are the logistical accessibility of the site, the possibility and cost of organizing the construction process on the site, the ability to control the quality and control of the process, restrictions on the relief and entrances. It also depends on what kind of house needs to be built, what is its purpose and architecture.

Each case is individual. Modular construction technology is not always suitable and cost-effective. But a high degree of prefabrication is always savings and the ability to build faster and ultimately cheaper.
